Aircraft Modifications and Upgrades

Aircraft modifications and upgrades capability for fixed-wing and rotary-wing clients in Axxeum’s FAA Part-145 certified repair station at the Huntsville International Airport. Strategic Partnership with FAA Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) allows for rapid STC initiation and completion. Complete process can be complete in as little as 30 days for Part 23, 25, 27, or 39.

    • Contracted by MASPO to provide used Bell 212 to Uruguay with cockpit upgrades to include NVIS

    • Axxeum procures, disassembles, repairs, maintains and modifies a used Bell 212 aircraft to meet configuration requirements, completing all aircraft maintenance to OEM standards and U.S. Army airworthiness standards

    • Axxeum performs inspections and testing to ensure flight readiness prior to customer delivery.

    • Complete rebuild from aircraft shell, 3000 hour inspection complete, cockpit upgrade complete, NVIS complete

    • Axxeum Maintenance Test Pilot provided post-modification airworthiness checks to validate aircraft readiness

    • FAA Compliant with DER sign off and DAR conformity inspection

    • Secured FAA Certificate of Airworthiness

    • Returned Aircraft to service from transportation

    • Completed all hourly and calendar inspections

    • Modified GPS system for external usage

    • Completed ADS-B STC and modification

    • Installed SIMPLEX Fire Attack system with STC and FAA Compliance

    • Painted Aircraft and completed FAA Weight and Balance

    • Upgraded Twin Pac to PR6T-3DF from PT6T-3D

    • Aircraft Prepared for Day/Night Firefighting support of Northern Alabama Emergency Management Agencies

    • Search and Rescue with local Firefighters and Volunteer Rescue Squads

    • Training support for IRW/ARW tactics POI secured

    • Registered and Utilized for Screen Actors Guild
